With a longer battery, I can now keep track of my sleep, wear it during the gym and work without having to stop in between to charge it. Listening to music and keeping track of my fitness is crucial to a better lifestyle.

Coming from the Galaxy watch Ultra the performance gain is twofold. I appreciate that Samsung is always improving their products and it's worth using the trade up program to get discounted prices on newer items.
