[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I chose the Ultra 2 to upgrade from my Ultra, mainly because of the longer battery life and the thinner case than the original Ultra had.
So far, the watch has meet and/or exceeded my expectations. The battery life is definitely better. And I like all the new watch faces that can show me several 'complications' all at the same time. Being 72 years old, I mainly like to monitor my heart rate and blood oxygen.
I also have it paired to my cell phone's number and use it for the 'hard fall' alert it has. I feel safe knowing that it can call out on its own, and notify my kids and the sheriff.
Overall, I'm very pleased with the purchase ... especially the $250 trade-in.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m really impressed with the Galaxy Watch Ultra 2. I chose it because I wanted a smartwatch with a great display and dependable battery life, and it definitely delivers. The display is bright, sharp, and easy to see, even in direct sunlight. The battery life is also impressive, lasting throughout my day without constantly having to worry about charging. Overall, I’m very happy with my choice and would definitely recommend the Galaxy Watch Ultra 2.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my 10th Galaxy Watch and the second time purchasing an Ultra smartwatch. I really like the addition of all the heart-tracking features. These features help provide important information about health, which may help guide someone to share with their doctor.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been wearing the Galaxy Watch 2 for a few days now and it's exceeded expectations on both looks and function. The design feels premium — slim profile, solid build, and the display is bright and crisp even in direct sunlight. It doesn't look bulky or "techy" on the wrist the way some smartwatches do; it actually looks like a nice watch first.
Feature-wise, it hits everything I wanted: smooth notifications, solid fitness and sleep tracking, and battery life that comfortably gets me through the day without babysitting a charger. Pairing with my phone was seamless, and the interface feels fast and intuitive — no digging through menus to find what I need.
I also love that I can choose to use different bands depending on the occasion — work, a night out, working in the yard, or exercising. That versatility makes it feel like it fits into every part of my day instead of just one.
Overall, if you're on the fence, this one's worth it. Great blend of style and substance.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I chose the galaxy watch 2 since the previous galaxy watch was great. The main upgrade was the battery, the galaxy 2 last so much longer. It came in with about 60% and it lasted 2 whole days. The screen is slightly bigger too. It makes everything easier to touch.
The tracking system seems more accurate than previous model. Overall, this watch seems to have what the previous was missing for someone focused on working out.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was honestly hesitant to invest in the Samsung Galaxy Watch Ultra 2 because I'd never owned a smartwatch before. At first, I questioned whether the price would be worth it, but after using it, I genuinely see it as an investment rather than just another gadget. I chose the Galaxy Watch Ultra 2 because it offered everything I was looking for in one package. It handles the basics like calling and texting flawlessly, but its fitness capabilities are what really sold me. One of my biggest goals was being able to leave my phone behind during workouts, especially when running or hiking, and the built-in LTE made that possible. That alone has been a game changer. To make the deal even better, I purchased the Samsung Buds 4 Pro alongside it. The sound quality is phenomenal, and pairing them with the watch has made my workouts even more enjoyable. The cherry on top is how seamlessly everything connects with my Samsung phone. The pairing was practically instantaneous, and the entire ecosystem just works. Bravo, Samsung—bravo!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I chose to trade my ultra watch for the ultra2, and boy am I glad I did. Watch feels even more rugged. Has a solid feel and very good looking frame. I am drooling over the bigger battery on such small package. I am very tough on my watches since I live a very active lifestyle so I am sure this watch won't miss a single beat. The screen is nice and bright and looks amazing under the sunlight. I am very happy with my purchase and look forward to living with it on my wrist!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Being a Samsung superfanboy I just had to upgrade the watch to the Ultra 2 to go with my new Z fold 8 Ultra. Had the 2024 2025 Ultra watch, I was disappointed but not in the watch in the FDA for not clearing the blood pressure sensor inthe previous Ultra watch. Anyway the Ultra 2 has that and so much more! Waterproof, LTE capable, titanium bezel, bezel as a selection tool blood pressure monitor, heart rate, HRV, sleep apnea detection, stress awareness, energy score, ages index, body comp, exercise auto start, the list keeps going! If you are active, techy, have blood pressure issues, or sleep apnea, or just love a beautifully built watch with more features than most phones, then this watch is for you! Worth the money everytime. I'm slowly switching every electronic to Samsung, phone, watch, washer, dryer, had a laptop but couldn't afford a new one wish I could. Next up is the fridge, stove, microwave, TV and anything I can get my hands on. Bottom line go Samsung Ultra or get lost, (in mediocrity).
