[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I chose the following device that has allowed me to expand my health guidance to the next level on my wrist. To begin I use my watch daily to track my health whether that be my sleep to my steps that I take daily in order to stay active and maintain a good health habit. With the help of AI I am able to take my health guidance to the next level. To begin, when tracking my sleep I want to make sure to maintain health sleep habits in order to ensure this the watch sends me important tips to ensure that I get enough sleep and activities like light stretching that keep my activities before bedtime relaxing! Overall, with AI this watch has taken the tracking of health to the next level just on your wrist!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I chose the Galaxy Watch 9 because I wanted an upgraded watch to the Galaxy Watch 4 that I've been using. So far I have loved how seemlessly the transfer process was and the refresh rate. This watch holds it charge for longer throughout the day and is significantly more accurate in measuring health statistics. I also like how much lighter it is in weight, I almost forget that I'm wearing a watch.

Even when I switched the a Pixel phone and then back to Samsung, I have loved having my watch. I started with the Watch 4, then the Watch 7, and now the Watch 9! I'm so excited to explore the new features and capabilities of this watch! Samsung has always been a favorite of mine!!
