[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I chose this watch because I had a bigger battery. Man was I wrong about it lasting longer. The battery lasts at best 8 hours if you're using any of the health features and the AOD. I don't know if Samsung was oblivious to this or if they thought people had time to charge their watch two or three times a day, especially considering it takes about 2 hours to charge. That's 25% of the day just to get your watch running the other 75% of the day. What a joke.

Hello Mark529h, Thanks for taking the opportunity to share your insights with us regarding your initial impression of the new Samsung Galaxy Watch9. The Galaxy Watch9 40mm version has a 390 mAh battery while the 44mm version offers a 445 mAh battery. The higher capacity allows your Galaxy Watch9 to require less frequency in charging. This means you can keep the Watch powered throughout the day with minimal downtime. While you're using your Galaxy Watch9 without enabling AOD, you should expect to receive about 40 hours of usage time. Up to 30 hours if you're utilizing AOD! If you're experiencing less than anticipated battery life on your new device, please take a moment to review the resources provided below to help resolve what you may be experiencing. If you have any questions for us or if you would like further assistance, please let us know by reaching out to Samsung Support. Thank you for being a loyal Samsung customer. - Debra

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I chose the Galaxy Watch9 44 mm after upgrading from the Watch7 40 mm, and I'm really happy with the decision. I was initially worried the larger size might feel too bulky on my wrist, but it's surprisingly comfortable and doesn't feel dramatically bigger. The thinner profile helps it sit nicely on my wrist, and I really appreciate the larger, brighter display and improve battery capacity. It feels like a meaningful upgrade while still being comfortable enough to wear all day and overnight. So far I'm very pleased with a fit, design, and overall experience.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I chose to upgrade to the Galaxy Watch9 because I have had such a wonderful experience with the Galaxy Watch7. I did not expect to be so blown away. There are so many improvements that I had to submit a review. The upgrades and looks as well as the quality of the band are exceptional. I use it for daily activity tracking, calendar reminders, texting, taking calls, paying retailers, checking email, and much more. It's a great product!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my 4th or 5th Galaxy Watch. I chose to upgrade from the 8 because I felt that the improvements to biometric reading was a big step forward. I've been a fan of the Galaxy ecosystem for quite some time and the Watch 9 is a welcome addition/upgrade. Also, the Samsung trade-in program for upgrades is generally very good, and I'm glad they've kept it around for the watches.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I chose the Watch9 because I was in desperate need of an upgrade and I have not been disappointed! I love my Samsung devices. All new health tracking is what sparked my interest in this specific model. Can't wait to use it and continue to better my health.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my Galaxy Watch 9. I choose the 40mm side as it fits me the best, but still has a big enough screen to make it useful. I really like the variety of watch faces available for free. I have two watches, I wear one at night for all of the sleep functions and one for day time.
This is my first wearable and it wont be the last.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm so happy that finally I chose to upgrade! My other watch was randomly dying on me and it was getting real annoying. So far it has felt like an upgrade and soo smooth!!
