love the design

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm really happy with my decision to upgrade to the new Watch 9—it's got a great design. I enjoy using it to monitor my health and fitness, and it's so convenient to check calls or messages without pulling my phone out of my pocket. I chose Samsung for all my cellphones and gadgets.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a fantastic watch after only 6 days of use I chose to get one for my mom and she would love it. I would buy this watch and a heartbeat again it is fantastic and I couldn't recommend it anymore.

Great watch / Sucky changing situation

The watch is a great upgrade. The only issue is the change in the charger. I have several puk style chargers and they all make the watch say "slow charging." The only charger that doesn't make the watch say that is the one that came with the watch. So, apparently the charger was changed and no new ones are available. I would like to have a few more since this watch needs frequent charging.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

At this current time, the new Galaxy Watch9 is designed to work optimally with Samsung’s own wireless charging puck. While many Qi-certified chargers may initiate charging, compatibility is not guaranteed, and in some cases the watch may stop charging due to differences in charging protocols and alignment requirements specific to Galaxy Watches. For the most reliable performance, we strongly recommend using the official in-box Wireless Charger designed for Galaxy Watches. Third-party charging options may not fully support the watch’s charging profile, even if they work well with phones and earbuds. The Galaxy Watch9 is offered in two versions: 40mm with a 390 mAh battery and 44mm with 445 mAh battery. The higher capacity versions allow your Galaxy Watch9 to require less frequency in charging. This means you can keep the Watch powered throughout the day with minimal downtime. While you're using your Galaxy Watch9 without enabling AOD, you should expect to receive about 40 hours of usage time. Up to 30 hours if you're utilizing AOD! If you're experiencing less than optimal battery life on your new device, please take a look at the resources shared below to help resolve what you've described to be experiencing. A great upgrade from my Galaxy Watch 5 Pro

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I chose this watch because I wanted to upgrade my Watch 5 Pro. I love the size of the screen and the new health features. Tracking all aspects of my health are important. I am impressed with the blood pressure monitoring. The larger battery is definitely a plus, it has an endurance of just over a day in my experience. I have noticed that the charging takes longer because of the larger battery. Overall it is a great warch.

Watch 9 Unboxed: My first impression & Honest Revi

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I chose to upgrade to the new Samsung Galaxy Watch 9 because of the new features, and overall, I’m really happy with it!
I love the new screen shape and the updated look. The screen and settings are very similar to my previous Samsung watch, which made the transition really easy since I was already familiar with the options and features. If you’re new to Samsung watches, don’t worry—the settings and options are still very easy to figure out.
My only issue is the band size. I normally wear the Small/Medium band, and all of my other watches have the S/M size. However, the band that came with the Galaxy Watch 9 is noticeably smaller and did not fit me. I even measured it next to the band from my old watch, and it is definitely smaller.
Other than the band sizing issue, I’m really enjoying my Galaxy Watch 9 and the new features.

Overall: Love the watch, but Samsung may want to take another look at the S/M band sizing!

Would Recommend

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Needed to replace my galaxy watch 6 due to battery issues. I chose to upgrade to the latest galaxy watch 9 40mm model. I pre-ordered the day it was announced and glad to say I'm happy with my purchase. I didn't realize how many extra health features were missing from switching to galaxy watch 9 from the galaxy watch 6. Was pleasantly surprised. I received my new watch 2 days before launch and have had no issues ever since. The reason I'm only giving 4 stars is because I'm not fond of the style (circle watch face in a rounded off square). I love the old round style. I also cannot use my original 2-in-1 wireless Samsung charger as it doesn't sit flat. Bummer.
