[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I chose the new Samsung Galaxy Watch after owning many other Samsung watches. This is the best one yet for monitoring your health. Looks and feels great while wearing. Would recommend to others and buy again.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I chose the watch 9 because it was cheaper than the ultra and it has been a horrible experience. I battery life is horrible and I have no idea why Samsung can't get the battery to last longer and I finally had enough and went to pixel watch. This watch doesn't track my sleep right and I have tried everything to fix it. I tried to get my money back and it is such a hassle. I wish I had kept the ultra watch and traded it in for the pixel.

Howdy Dwhitt2567, Thanks for reaching out to share your thoughts with us regarding your recent experience using the Samsung Galaxy Watch9. The Galaxy Watch9 is offered in two versions: 40mm with a 390 mAh battery and 44mm with 445 mAh battery. The higher capacity versions allow your Galaxy Watch9 to require less frequency in charging. This means you can keep the watch powered throughout the day with minimal downtime. While you're using your Galaxy Watch9 without enabling AOD, you should expect to receive about 40 hours of usage time. Up to 30 hours if you're utilizing AOD! Please take a moment to review the resources shared below to help resolve what you have described. Let us know afterward if you would like further assistance by reaching out to Samsung Support. Thank you for being a faithful Samsung customer. - Debra

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I chose the galaxy 9 watch. I love the number of faces I can download. It was simple to transfer things from my older watch right to this one. I basically use it to track physical activity and my sleep.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my new watch! I chose the galaxy watch 8 since I have always been a fan of the galaxy watches. I upgraded from galaxy watch 7. As always, exceeds expectations. I love the new look and the battery ia amazing. I have yet to use all the features but cant wait to try them out!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I upgraded from Galaxy Watch 7 to Galaxy Watch 9. The new Watch 9 is less bulky and feels lighter on my wrist. I love the health and fitness tracking. I'm so glad I upgraded!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I did it! I chose to replace my Galaxy Watch! I chose the Galaxy 9. I mainly use it for heart and I can add BP to this watch. I also like to track my sleep and track my sleep score. The 9 is so light and slim compared to my old Galaxy Watch. Set up was a dream. I'm looking forward to everything about this watch!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I chose the Samsung Galaxy Smartwatch because it pairs perfectly with my Samsung Galaxy phone. With the Watch 8, I only had to charge it every other night. If I skipped that second night, it would hit power‑save mode halfway through day three — still reasonable. I upgraded to the Watch 9 because it was advertised as having a slightly larger battery. However, my Watch 9 now needs to be charged daily, and I hate that. I can’t even sleep with it on anymore because it won’t make it through the night unless I charge it beforehand. That means I either lose sleep waiting g for a change or I have to carve out time during the day to take it off and charge it — and now I’m carrying a cable to work just to keep a smartwatch alive. I’ve already turned off Wi‑Fi and most automatic health features, but disabling the very features the watch is marketed around defeats the purpose of owning a health‑focused smartwatch. Despite the “larger battery,” I’m getting worse real‑world endurance than I did with my Watch 8. It looks the same, feels the same, and honestly doesn’t offer any noticeable improvements — especially since I’ve had to switch most health tracking to manual just to make it through a full day. The watch has already gone through its “learning” period for my usage, and I never use AOD. Yet the battery life is still disappointing. At this point, I genuinely have buyer’s remorse. I should’ve kept my Watch 8.
