Samsung offers a12-month warranty on your device for manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. The Galaxy Watch9 is offered in two versions: 40mm with a 390 mAh battery and 44mm with 445 mAh battery. The higher capacity versions allow your Galaxy Watch9 to require less frequency in charging. This means you can keep the Watch powered throughout the day with minimal downtime. While you're using your Galaxy Watch9 without enabling AOD, you should expect to receive about 40 hours of usage time. Up to 30 hours if you're utilizing AOD! If you're experiencing less than expected battery life on your new device, please take a look at the resources shared below to help resolve what you've described to be experiencing. The design is excellent—it’s lightweight, highly functional, and has been working flawlessly to help me track key health metrics.
The only real downside is the battery life. Without turning on Power Saving mode, it can’t last a full day on a single charge, requiring a 70-minute recharge mid-day. Charging also feels a bit slower compared to my previous device.
I hope a future software update improves the battery performance. Overall, it’s still an incredible watch!

I’m very happy with my Samsung Galaxy Watch 9! I love the design, and it’s very comfortable to wear. The screen looks great, and everything works smoothly and quickly. I really like being able to receive notifications, track my activity, and stay connected without constantly having to take out my phone.
The quality is excellent, and it has definitely exceeded my expectations. Overall, I’m very satisfied with my purchase and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable and stylish smartwatch!

They were over the moon with excitement when they opened the package. They love how slim the design is and its responsiveness. They said the touch screen is so 🔥! All the features are amazing! Specifically they like the Samsung Health access and talk to text and the clarity of calls. They are having a blast with their new watch! I am so glad I chose this one for their first foray into Samsung life! They are already talking about adding a tablet too!
