Great for busy mom

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my shark ion curl, I had the freestyler before and it was good but I actually get silky hair with the ion . I have very thick long hair and it drys my hair extremely quickly , the curlers pick up more hair at a time for better curl definition & I feel like this product actually helps with frizz. If im not in a ridiculous rush then I do get good bounce from the unit & I haven’t noticed any heat damage . I love that even if my baby cries and I need to hold her I can still safely use the curlers even one handed for a second

Great curls, runs a little hot

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Been using this for a few weeks now on my hair and the curl results are honestly the best part. The dual barrels give a really even curl without me having to fuss with it much, and drying time is faster than my old routine of blow dry then curl separately. Bounce is good too, holds most of the day. My only gripe is the heat, the airflow runs hotter than I'd like, and if you drop the heat setting to make it more comfortable, you lose some of that curl definition. Also the outer casing gets hot to the touch after continuous use, so you have to be careful how you hold it. Frizz control is solid though, my hair stays smooth well after I'm done styling. Overall a good tool, just wish they'd figure out the heat balance a little better.

Does a good job

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have very thick wavy hair that always takes a long time to dry. I was hoping this would cut down on the drying time which it kind of does, but I can rough dry my hair to about 80% dry much faster with a regular blow dryer. That said, curling it and getting a nice bouncy blowout is much quicker with this tool. It leaves my hair soft and shiny, and if I use a bit of hairspray the curls last for several days.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was so excited to try out the Shark FlexStyle IonCurl, especially in this limited-edition Lilac color, which looks amazing on my vanity. Having fine hair, finding an air styler that doesn't completely fry my strands while still holding a style is always a gamble. The CoandaBoost technology is definitely a major upgrade because the suction wraps the hair around the barrel so easily without any tangles or tugging. I really appreciate the Scalp Shield feature and the negative ion tech because fine hair is prone to flyaways and static, and this leaves my hair looking super shiny and smooth. My only real critique is the temperature control. It can run a bit too hot on the highest setting for thinner, more delicate hair, so I have to be careful and stick to the lower heat ranges. I also found that I was constantly touching the buttons accidentally, and that became really frustrating when trying to stay on one particular setting. While there is a slight learning curve to getting those bouncy curls to lock in and stay all day, it dries and styles everything so much faster than a standard blowout, making it a great, all in one hair styling tool.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been using this product for over a month and while I have a similar item from the same brand, I do like all the improvements they’ve made to this product. Specifically, I really love the cool shot button that allows me to set my curls with cool air without having to adjust the temp on the device and even better, I can quickly start and stop the flow of the air without having it as well. This has really sped up the time it takes to complete a style and it leave my hair much less frizzy because it’s not blowing all over the place when I go to remove the hair from the curler. I also really love it in conjunction with the oval brush. Again, frizziness is much reduced and it makes my hair shiny. Drying time overall is excellent.
Only items on my wishlist for this unit would be that the main unit was a smidge narrower and lighter.
Overall fantastic and super versatile product! Love it!

How did I live without this?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My hair has not looked good since I moved to Florida five years ago until I got this amazing hairdryer and air wrap. The frizz, Buster or the frizz fighter is unbelievable. It absolutely does what nothing has ever been able to do before. Makes my hair smooth and bouncy all day and not a fuzz out of place.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this a few weeks back and it's been working so amazing on my hair the drying speed is phenomenal and my hair looks so good whenever I get ready and I get the best curls they last so well and there is less breakage on my hair and my hair feels so soft and so good I've never had the best head to in my life and now I cannot say enough about it And I'm so happy about it the phrase the freeze control is is Amazing I love my hair the bounce I feel on my hair is great I've never seen my hair this bouncy I don't see any heat damage I mean because I use a lot of products and it's working so well for me
