Toaster will only toast on one side the other side is very light. Very disappointing.

Our toaster arrived on time, well packaged. It's actually nicer looking than it appears in the ad. So far it has toasted everything we've put in it easily and well. It handles thicker items (e.g. bagels) with ease. It's a nice step uf for our family.
