Best toaster we've ever owed perfect toast every time. It's fast and the settings work right the toast pops up when it's done unlike the toasters we've had in the past.

Loved it at the beginning until the BAGEL function stopped working after the second use. I wanted a toaster to match my fridge, stove, and microwave. Paid a lot for it because I always had good luck with GE products. So disappointed.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I like the style and look of the toaster. It matches my kitchen appliances and breadbox. Four slices is convenient. Seems to be built solid. I hoped it would toast quickly, but it takes the same amount of time as my old toaster. Although, it does toast bread more evenly and the lift handles work better.
I would recommend this to a friend!

We recommend checking the browning setting selected for toasting. Select a lower setting next time if your toast is too dark and a higher setting if your toast is too light. Also check that the frozen button is not selected. If none of this seems to help, please call 1-800-432-2737 for service questions.
