The handles seem to be strong

It's sturdy, clean looking, and easy to use.
But it does NOT toast both sides equally.

This 4-slices dual control GE Toaster does the job right, every time, and its simplicity & predictability combined with the base price makes it one of the best toaster I have ever acquired. Simple click and go. Easy to clean. MOdern look on the counter. Kaching!
