Great toaster the only drawback is the outside of the toaster gets very hot. We don’t have kids so it’s not an issue but definitely something to be aware of before buying

It's normal for the toaster to become warm while it's in use, but not too hot to touch. If you feel that there is an issue with your toaster, then perhaps you should review the warranty information on page 7 of the owner's manual and call 1.800.GE.CARES (1-800-432-2737) for service questions.

Amazing clean style blends right in with my other stainless countertop gadgets. Toasts like a dream! Controls feel sturdy and substantial. I'd have gladly paid twice the price.

We already had the same toaster in our restaurant...it is very consistent with toasting bread and it does have settings for bagels and English muffins...I like it
