It's a wonderful product. It toasts everything so nicely and evenly. I love the Bagel setting especially. Good product to have in your kitchen.

Love the 3 options - there is also a way to pull up the item you are toasting so you don't have to reach in to get it out. A simple button to cancel when you are done toasting.

I have been searching for a good toaster for months now! I thought this was it. It’s super sleek looking and sturdy - but unfortunately it does not get the bread darker - had to do each slice twice - regardless of which setting I used. I ended up returning it. Search continues!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
