Iv own several toasters and this model is by far the best out of all the other makes and models.

We were given the toaster as a gift. We were excited because our old toaster wasn’t doing its job. The new one toasts just ok. Definitely take as long as the old one. Coils don’t glow evenly but eventually gets the job done.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Before using the toaster for the first time, we recommend setting the browning level to maximum (7) and operating the appliance empty in a well-ventilated room to cure the new elements. (This may produce a slight odor as the element cures, but don't worry - it's normal.) Nice Toaster

This toaster works well. However the metal sides become extremely hot when it is in use, so one must be careful that it does not get close to other objects. Also the finish shows fingerprints easily.

I received a toaster/oven/airfryer for Christmas, then gave my old toaster away. While I really like the Christmas gift appliance, it did not toast bread or bagels well at all. After researching different toasters, I bought the GE 4 slice toaster, and love it's functions and reliability. I can depend on it to make perfect toast, toasted bagels, and toast perfect frozen waffles every time! LOVE IT!
