So far, so good! Easy to use. Toasts my bagels nicely. Is lightweight and fits nicely under my counter. I am happy with this product.

Toaster is great. Having the wider slice slots makes is very easy to do bagels. The toast and bagels come out exactly as we like them.

This is the 3rd new toaster we have purchased and used in past two months, and the GE is by far the best, most reliable, simplest to use. What could be so complicated about a basic toaster?
