Love this product. Only con is the openings are not large enough for some breads. That’s probably true of most toasters though.

The toaster works good so far. somewhat lightweight compared to my older GE classic model #106808 that it is replacing. I would gladly pay more to be able to buy small appliances made in the USA.

It works great for bagels or toast. I like the way the buttons light up so you know the bagel setting or frozen setting is actually working.

Have only used it a few weeks, but it seems mis-balanced, the lower part browns faster than the upper part. Other than that, it works

We want to help out with the lower heater burning faster than the upper. We recommend trying a quick electronic reset. This can be done by removing the power cord for 30 seconds and plugging it back in.

Evenly toasts both side's of the bread. Great for bagels too. Darkness settings range from just warming bread to burning it! Lol! Got you covered any which way!
