It’s a toaster. It does exactly what it is supposed to do, and well. I appreciate the cancel button my previous toast didn’t have, requiring me to unplug during operation sometimes.

As I tryed it out the toaster had
S a terrible smell, like plastic. I thew out the bread, I turned it on again an hopes just being new it would go away. I'm not sure why? Plus the outside gets extremely hot!

The toaster may emit an odor when it's brand new due burning off the coils. It will disappear on frequent usage. We’re confident that you’ll be able to enjoy your appliance for years to come.

Consistent color!!

A very consistent toast which was why I chose to spend the money on this vs a cheaper cuisinart or kitchenaid. My only complaint is that I find this toasts very light at all levels, I have to toast my bread twice on lower settings to get what I would consider a medium toast level. Overall it’s quick, simple and consistent. A great little toaster!!

Absolutely beautiful and good quality, but no matter the setting, the toast is still dark and overdone. This was a lovely gift but I know the giver would not be pleased as she has high standards.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
