I had a GE toaster oven years ago. It lasted years ... Stove, refrigerator, microwave and coffee pot are all GE that I currently use.

It doesn't toast / brown Ezekiel bread very easily. Sometimes you have to toast it twice to get color. It does toast bagels really well

STYLISH NEW TOASTER

We love our new toaster; the only reason we gave it four stars is that the first "heat or toasting" time takes longer than expected. Otherwise, it works great and looks great in our kitchen.

Replaced the same roaster bought 12 years ago. This one is half the weight concerned about longevity. Takes a little longer to toast. Not a game changer. Probably uses less electricity.

We were very happy to find a dependable 2-slice toaster with slots wide enough for the bread we want to toast and deep enough for toasting bagels, etc.
