Product is everything it said in the description. It toast perfectly with just a turn of the dial. It is also very quiet. Looks great along with my other appliances. I have many GE appliances and everyone of them is has lasted without any problems.

My sister knew I wanted a toaster ; and she gifted me this model for Christmas. 10/10 would recommend. It is easy to clean , and makes the perfect bagel.

I've only owned this for less than a month, but so far, I'm very pleased with its performance. The toasting is even. The frozen feature is very good. Only complaint, the numbers to select toast setting are difficult to read
