Solid look and feel, even toasting, only had for 1month so not sure about durability yet,
It does take a while to toast but it could just be me needing to get used to it

This toaster is built well and performs perfectly. The buttons for BAGEL AND FROZEN are a nice feature. It's sleek stainless steel design would look good on any kitchen counter!

Great two slot toaster. Browns pretty evenly. Only complaint is that is shows fingerprints. It would be nice if it was a flat surface not shiny. Otha great toaster.

Does not do a good job as far as toasting the bread I don't know if I have a bad one, but I certainly would never buy it again
