Better than expected

Perfect. The bread sits well above the top for super easy retrieval. Toasts evenly. Toast is not soggy or too hard. Buttons are great size, easy to read and use. A good toaster is hard to find and I am picky, but this one is a keeper. Very nice looking toaster that matches my stainless steel appliances.

Very efficient! I especially like the “Frozen” option. The toaster looks good and is easy to operate. I highly recommend it. The bread openings are nice and even wide enough for bagels.

The only feature that seems a bit flimsy is the lever that you push the toast down with. Has a bagel and frozen feature. Have our ‘shade’ setting on 6 out of 7 to get it a nice toasty color. Crumb tray does not have a very high lip, so a fair bit of crumbs fall out the bottom of the toaster, no biggie tho.

This toaster is lightweight and nice looking.
It toasts evenly.
Mini bagels and English muffins pop up and can be removed with ease.
Excess cord can easily be stored underneath.

Gave my wife this toaster as a Christmas gift. Heats up quickly, accomodates bagels, can be set to lightly toasted or nearly burnt. Very happy with this product.
