[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have only used it a few times, but it seems to preheat fine and cooks evenly. It would be a big help to put a sign on the front of the oven letting the customer know that it will smoke and smell when it is first turned on. I thought the oven was on fire !!

Self Clean = Self Destruct

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I ran the cleaning cycle and I got an error message that read, "Main ACU Over Temperature". It made the whole unit inoperable, cracked the wood around the unit, made the tile around the unit red hot, melted the bottom of the unit and now I'm getting moisture in the drawer down below when I run the microwave.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Precision Cooking/Great Aesthetic

Basic good function

The touch screen and knobs can sometimes a lot of steps to get to the time, temp, and function you want. The timer is difficult to hear if not close to oven. Have not found a way to increase the volume. Have not had time to dig into much of the special functions yet.

microwave is an issue

High tech gadgets harder for older adults to transition to. Husband can't figure out how to use. No instruction manual provided, which means we/he has to go online. Another struggle.
Waiting 6 months for brass handles to arrive. Other trim will not match handles which is unexpected.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Too cumbersome to get microwave oven set for minutes/seconds. Surprised that big right or left knob is not utilized as a dial for microwave cook time. What a waste of available feature not properly utilized. Hope to see this in a future software update.
While the microwave or oven is running, the font on the display screen is so small and information is so obscured that time remaining is difficult to read. I would imagine time remaining would fill the display screen so it is readable from across the room.
After the microwave is used as a convection oven, the microwave feature is not available until the oven is cooled down. Is this a malfunction or a feature? The display does not convey any messages in this regard. We just had to figure it out by trial.
Otherwise, the function and reliability of the ovens have been good so far.

Nice replacement

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this as a replacement to a JennAir due to size. The style certainly meeting the kitchen esthetic. It has all the required features and I like the added airfry feature. The only issue was some glitches before I connected to internet. Once connected though, it updated and have had no problems.
