[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] What I really liked: The milk frother is absolutely amazing! I love how well it froths the milk. The texture and consistency are really impressive!
What I didn’t like as much:
● Grind settings: The machine kept recommending different grind settings, but they often didn’t produce the desired result. I had to experiment and make adjustments quite frequently.
● Espresso volume: What I found particularly disappointing was that I couldn’t manually adjust the amount of water used for a single espresso. In my opinion, the single espresso was always way too short, and I would have loved the option to customize the volume.
Overall, I think the milk frothing system is fantastic! However, I definitely see room for improvement when it comes to the grind settings and the customization options for espresso.

Hi there,
Thank you for taking the time to share your review.
We're pleased to hear that you're enjoying the milk frothing system and the quality of the foam it produces. We're sorry to hear, however, that you've found the recommended grind settings inconsistent and that the single espresso volume is shorter than you'd prefer without an option to customise it. We appreciate you taking the time to share this feedback, as insights like yours help us improve our products and overall customer experience. We would recommend using our self-troubleshooting support by clicking the link below, which may help optimise the grind and extraction settings.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
