[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I chose the Fold and couldn't be happier. I am a longtime Samsung Note and Z Fold user, dating back to 2011, when I was stationed in England. The Fold 8 is the perfect size and form factor and has been my daily driver after using my Fold 7 for the past 12 months. Battery life has been nothing short of excellent. Screen clarity has been superb, and the phone's pocket-friendly size has made this a great purchase. Samsung has built a beautiful masterpiece!!!

Great feel and size for media use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Really enjoying the new wider but shorter form factor. While I enjoyed the prior Fold 7, sometimes it was just too narrow for good use and text readability due to less space. The wide but short Fold 8 is the answer to the problem. Playing videos and using social media is a new great experience.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 8 is one of those devices that makes more sense after you actually use it.
You can look at specifications, measurements and benchmarks all day, but they don't completely explain the appeal of opening your phone and instantly having significantly more working space.
That's the experience that has won me over.
The form factor is outstanding. The display clarity is exceptional. The camera experience is practical and versatile.

Most importantly, those features don't feel independent of one another. They complement each other.
The folding design gives you the larger screen. The quality of that screen makes you want to use it. And that additional screen space improves everything from multitasking and reading to photography and editing.
Samsung's Fold line originally felt like a glimpse at what smartphones might eventually become. With the Galaxy Z Fold 8, that future feels much closer to being fully realized.

After having it for a couple days I enjoy it thoroughly. I also prefer the aspect ratio over the z Fold eight ultra. Looking forward to keeping it for many years. Also using Samsung switch everything was simple and easy to transfer from my old phone.

Everything I've hoped for

The reason I chose to go to the 8 was simple, that form factor was a everything I could've asked for! I always felt the candy bar style was a bit unwieldy, but with the wide body I'm enjoying my device 10x more than before. Not to mention I can watch media full screen without changing my phone's orientation. Excellent work Samsung!

A Phone That Feels Like the Future

The outer screen is great for quick tasks, but opening it up into the larger display is what really makes it stand out. The right fold at the right time

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I choose the Fold 8 because it hit just right, with its spot on the screen proportions. The cover display feels like a BlackBerry. It is perfect for firing off quick texts, checking notifications, and knocking out quick tasks one handed. But the moment you unfold it, instant PSP vibes. It turns into a total playground for viewing media, gaming, or running apps side by side. Outer screen for getting stuff done, inner screen for having fun.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I chose this model due to it's size and functions. I have been Z-flip user since I can carry in my purse or back pocket of my jean. I am a business woman who uses phone for all my works. Email, e-sign, scanning, printing, etc. Z-folds haven't been too large and heavy for me to carry and use, but with this new Z-fold 8, I am very happy. I always purchase one with 512 GB memory due to my works that needed to be stored.
