[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the compact form factor. The displays look great. The function is fast and smooth. The fingerprint reader works great. I use it for emails, messages, and browsing. Limited use with media has been satisfying.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The z-fold eight is a real improvement over the prior Z fold options its size is smaller yet bigger at the same time it is fully functional as a tablet reading legal documents in the portrait mode is excellent and closed it is fully functional and takes up less space in the pocket
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had the fold 7, I chose the fold 8 because of its size but was a little nervous. I hiught i would be opening the screen for everything i. shouldn't have been the size is perfect for day to day. opening the screen for watching movies is amazing much better than the fold 7. I'm really pleased that I chose the fold 8 over the bigger fold 8 ultra.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So happy I chose the Galaxy Z fold 8! coming from the Fold 7 I was a little skeptical about the change, but when I got the Z fold 8 in my hands I was blown away! it is the perfect size and perfect form factor for me. The screen is super bright and the crease is basically non existent. Best phone ever!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using Samsung Galaxy Z Fold phones since the Galaxy Z Fold 3, so I have experienced several generations of Samsung’s foldable technology. After using the new Galaxy Z Fold 8, I can honestly say that this is the Fold I have enjoyed the most so far.
One of the first things I noticed is the crease. This is probably the least noticeable crease I have seen on any Fold phone I have used. Compared with my previous Fold devices, the inner screen looks much cleaner and more refined. The improvement may seem small, but when you use the phone every day, it makes a real difference to the overall experience.
I am also a pocket-size phone user, so the Fold 8 works very well for me. When it is closed, it is relatively compact and easy to carry in my pocket. I like having a device that does not feel like I am carrying a small tablet all the time, but when I need a bigger screen, I can simply open it. That combination of portability and a large display is one of the main reasons I continue to use the Fold series.
The new design is another thing I really like. Samsung has made the phone feel more modern, refined, and premium. It looks slimmer and more elegant, while still maintaining the unique Fold identity. After several generations, it feels like Samsung is getting closer to the ideal balance between a normal smartphone and a foldable device.
The battery life has also improved compared with my previous Fold experience
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I chose the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 8 because it’s like having a tablet in my pocket. I love that I can use my phone not only to communicate and stay entertained, but also to be productive and get things done for work, personal projects, and hobbies.
I had been waiting for this phone for a while, and now that I finally have it, I’m not disappointed at all. It’s extremely functional and perfect for entrepreneurs, students, or anyone with lots of ideas they want to bring to life. It’s like having my own little assistant, and the AI features are incredibly helpful.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had the galaxy fold 8 for about a week now, and i've never been more impressed with a phone. I have always wanted a foldable, but had held off for years due to things like bulkiness and the screen crease. I chose the galaxy fold 8 because it seemed to have hit the sweet spot on addressing my concerns. The passport form factor feels great to use one-handed, but I most often find myself using this device like a mini tablet. That is truly the best way to describe it. It is a mini-tablet that is also a pocketable phone. My concerns about the crease have also been addressed. Looking at past iterations of foldables the crease was always prominent, but on this device it's barely present. I have to really investigate to even find the crease. This phone finally addresses all of the quirks that foldables are known for. If you've been holding out like I have then please give this device a shot. You won't regret it.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been a user of flip phones since their third generation, and I typically upgrade to the newest model each year. This is my first experience with a fold phone. While I appreciate the compact design of the flip phones, I found the now "fold 8 ultra" form factor to be a bit too large for my liking. This fold model, however, strikes a perfect balance, and I am thoroughly enjoying it! I find myself using the outer screen more often than the inner fold, as it generally suffices for my needs. I do, however, open it for multitasking occasionally. Some applications are not yet fully optimized, which can result in a somewhat unusual display. Overall, I believe it is a beautifully designed device. Does it justify its price? Perhaps, considering current economic factors. Am I enjoying using it? Absolutely! As for its durability, only time will tell. On a scale of one to ten, I would confidently give it a nine. I believe there is room for further improvement with future updates, but it already offers an incredible experience as it is.
