[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like this, its best for video watching on youtube, playing games and checking emails on inner screen also the calender app is really awesome in calender app. Plus I didnt realize before but watching videos on cover screen is actually really good while sleeping since its wider than the regular phone.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I upgraded my Z fold 5 to a fold 8. I chose the 8 wide because I always like the offbeat option. But this phone really is what I need. The option to use my phone as a tablet is top tier. It allows me to multi task and remain productive when Im working or entertaining myself.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As a long time user of each z fold since the fold 3, I chose the z fold 8 for it's design, larger cover screen, lighter weight and thin design. It's much more pocketable for me and the aspect ratio of the main screen makes watching videos much nicer than I was able to on my fold 7. Typing on the cover screen is finally easy thanks to the added width and tent mode aleived my concerns of losing flex mode. The cameras take nice enough pictures for my use case and one UI improves with every iteration. Give it a try, trust me you won't go back to a bar phone.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my fourth foldable phone, and I chose the new Galaxy Z Fold 8 specifically because of its compact size when closed and great form factor for videos and content consumption when open. I love the screens, portability, and power of the phone and the battery life is great. I'm looking forward to using it more and getting used to the new form factor!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I chose the Fold 8 after going back and forth on whether a foldable was practical for everyday use, and the form factor is what won me over. Closed, it handles like a normal phone — one-handed, no awkward reaching, no strange typing angles. Open, it becomes a tablet when I actually want the screen real estate. That balance is the entire point of a foldable, and this is the first one that gets both halves right for me. The hinge is the other big upgrade. It feels solid and deliberate through the full range of motion, holds position where I set it, and the crease is far less noticeable than I expected. It does not feel like a fragile piece of tech I have to baby, which was my main hesitation going in. Day to day, the large screen is excellent for multitasking, reading, and reviewing photos. At some point I stopped thinking about the fact that it folds at all — it just became my phone. If you have been on the fence about foldables, this is the one that makes the case.
