[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the best phone I've ever owned. I chose the galaxy z fold 8 series and wow. It's small stature, wide range and unique color make for an enjoyable experience. It's so smooth and the battery is great. I love how compact it is. I've been a loyal samsung user for years and you all impress me every time. Amazing phone! Brava!

Galaxy Z Fold 8 Wide: Smaller, Better, Bold!
on August 5, 2026
Posted by: thecaringkind
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 8 (Wide): The Pocket Tablet for Tech lovers.
Remember when Samsung insisted you needed a tall, skinny TV-remote screen on the outside of your foldable? Well, they finally gave in. The Galaxy Z Fold 8 Wide has arrived, and it actually feels like a normal phone when closed.
Unfold it, and you’re holding a 7.6-inch canvas built for pure mini open canvas with a multitude of potential.
Who is this actually for?
The Multitasking Overlord: People who need to review a quarterly spreadsheet, watch a YouTube video on mechanical keyboards, and reply to Slack simultaneously.
The "I Don't Need a Laptop" Delusionist: You will attempt to edit a document in DeX mode at a coffee shop just to look like a cyberpunk nomad.
Spec Heads: Packed with the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 processor, this thing runs smoother than a buttered skate park.
The Reality Check
Is it expensive? Absolutely—it costs enough to make your wallet cry softly in the corner. It’s also wider, meaning tight jeans are officially your mortal enemy. But typing on the front screen without thumb cramps? Glorious.
Verdict
It’s overly extra, delightfully ridiculous, and ridiculously fast. If you want a subtle phone, buy literally anything else. But if you want to hold the future, look cool doing it, and flex on everyone at the airport, the Fold 8 Wide reigns supreme.
Rating: 9.5/10 (Minus 0.5 because my bank account is now mad at me)

The Fold 8 makes phones fun again
on August 5, 2026

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I chose the Fold 8 first and foremost for the form factor. The cover screen ration is perfect and I've been waiting for another phone to use this form factor for years. Samsung knocked it out of the park and brought their highly polished and extremely customizable experience along with them. I was sold the minute I saw the Fold 8. I've been playing with the device all day and I am very impressed. I can see myself using this one for a very long time to come and it makes me feel something no other modern phones have. Cannot wait to see how content and apps evolve to take advantage of this phone!

Amazing Phone!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been using the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold8, and I’m honestly blown away. The design is incredibly sleek, lightweight, and premium. The folding display feels smooth and durable, and the larger inner screen is perfect for multitasking, watching videos, reading, and gaming.
The performance is lightning fast with no lag, even when running multiple apps at the same time. The battery easily lasts me through the day, and the cameras capture sharp, vibrant photos in almost any lighting condition.
What impressed me the most is how practical the Fold8 is. It feels like carrying both a smartphone and a tablet in one device. Samsung has really refined the foldable experience, making it more comfortable and enjoyable than ever.
If you’re looking for a premium phone that’s innovative, powerful, and truly different from anything else on the market, the Galaxy Z Fold8 is absolutely worth it. I couldn’t be happier with my purchase and highly recommend it to anyone considering a foldable phone.

Absolutely loving it

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I chose the Z Fold8 because it reduces black bars because of its better design. Best choice I've ever made. While the outer screen sometimes feels a bit weird, the inner screen is perfect for long form videos. Even at a high price tag, it was definitely worth every penny.
