Crystal clear and love the unique size

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I chose the z fold 8 specifically for it's size and it has been the best phone I've ever had! First off the screen really is crystal clear and the colors are so bright and vivid. Camera takes gorgeous photos. And finally the star of the show is opening up the fold to display the big screen it's been great for my games, watching streaming and even scrolling videos.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ever since I had the T-Mobile sidekick I've wanted a similar sized device, so when I saw the wide boy I knew it's the fold I've been waiting for.
I had the fold 2 many moons ago, but the weight and the slimness of the outside screen just didn't mesh well for me. I wanted a fully functional outer screen without being so tall or heavy. I chose the fold 8 exactly because of the form factor. I got to feel how heavy it was after I pre-ordered it and was blown away how light it was.
I look forward to future updates to the form factor to make apps a little more fluid with the screen size. This should be the standard for any foldable in my opinion. Adding a case didn't increase the size or weight much. It's still much lighter than my s25 ultra was. So happy to finally enjoy a foldable without carrying a brick in my back pocket.

Fold 8 makes phones exciting again!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I choose the Fold 8 because of the new size. The phone fits in my hands almost perfectly. I have used other folding phones before and always felt like it was good but not perfect. I find myself using the phone more now then my previous device. The Fold 8 is so light and compact when folded. It's not bulky in pockets like earlier versions. The screen is beautiful too. Everything I have watched looks amazing. I would definitely recommend this phone to everyone.

Z Fold 8: Prefect Open or Closed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I chose Samsung software always, but this phone hits every thing for me. It is so enjoyable to use as a closed phone. Perfect size. They could make a phone that doesn't open this size, and I think people would love it.
When you open it, it is perfect for reading and watching content.

Worth upgrade from Z Fold 6

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had Z fold 3-6 and skipped the 7 as I get kind of no needs or feel of upgrade. However, this year is different!. New form factor, and I love it. It is just perfect size for my need. I am glad I upgradedfrom Z Fold 6 to Z Fold 8.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been using the Galaxy Z Fold8, and it's easily the best foldable phone I've owned. The larger cover screen feels much more natural for everyday use, and opening it up into the tablet-sized display is fantastic for multitasking, reading, and watching videos. The hinge feels solid, the phone is noticeably slimmer and lighter, and it fits comfortably in my pocket.
Performance has been flawless. Apps launch instantly, multitasking is smooth, and the battery easily lasts me through a full day. Samsung's software takes great advantage of the folding design, making split-screen apps and multitasking genuinely useful rather than just a gimmick.
The cameras produce sharp, vibrant photos, and the overall build quality feels premium. If you're considering a foldable, the Galaxy Z Fold8 is a huge step forward and finally feels like a device that combines the best of a phone and a tablet without major compromises. I'm extremely happy with it and would highly recommend it.

Very interesting form factor

I regularly watch YouTube videos and read news apps, the inner screen is nearly the perfect aspect ratio for both depending on orientation.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I initially wanted to hold off and see what Google will come out with later this month, but after checking out the show model at BestBuy, it was a no brainer. Love the new form factor. Perfect for someone that doesn't have super large hands. One UI 9 is smooth and refined. Finally I've a flag ship phone that doesn't weight like a brick!!
