[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had the galaxy fold 8 for about a week now, and i've never been more impressed with a phone. I have always wanted a foldable, but had held off for years due to things like bulkiness and the screen crease. I chose the galaxy fold 8 because it seemed to have hit the sweet spot on addressing my concerns. The passport form factor feels great to use one-handed, but I most often find myself using this device like a mini tablet. That is truly the best way to describe it. It is a mini-tablet that is also a pocketable phone. My concerns about the crease have also been addressed. Looking at past iterations of foldables the crease was always prominent, but on this device it's barely present. I have to really investigate to even find the crease. This phone finally addresses all of the quirks that foldables are known for. If you've been holding out like I have then please give this device a shot. You won't regret it.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been a user of flip phones since their third generation, and I typically upgrade to the newest model each year. This is my first experience with a fold phone. While I appreciate the compact design of the flip phones, I found the now "fold 8 ultra" form factor to be a bit too large for my liking. This fold model, however, strikes a perfect balance, and I am thoroughly enjoying it! I find myself using the outer screen more often than the inner fold, as it generally suffices for my needs. I do, however, open it for multitasking occasionally. Some applications are not yet fully optimized, which can result in a somewhat unusual display. Overall, I believe it is a beautifully designed device. Does it justify its price? Perhaps, considering current economic factors. Am I enjoying using it? Absolutely! As for its durability, only time will tell. On a scale of one to ten, I would confidently give it a nine. I believe there is room for further improvement with future updates, but it already offers an incredible experience as it is.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] new form factor or Fold 8 is perfect for social media and content. And when needed you can always unfold it for multi tasking. Its like party on the outside and work on the inside for me.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I chose the Galaxy Z Fold8 because I wanted a phone that gives me both portability and a larger screen when I need it. I love how light and slim it feels, and the size is perfect for everyday use. The large display is great for watching videos, reading, multitasking, and getting work done. I also really like the smooth performance, camera, and Galaxy AI features. The design feels premium and the folding experience is impressive. So far, I’m very happy with my Galaxy Z Fold8 and would definitely recommend it!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The phone is great. I love the form factor and weight. The camera is good. The screens are beautiful. The battery life is great. The inside screen is perfect for reading, multitasking, and even typing! I find myself using the inside portrait mode more than I thought I would!! But I feel like Samsung stopped short on dedicated software for the form factor.
There are some things that feel awkward coming from the s26U. The smaller outside display could use its own dedicated settings. Without good lock when swiping back on the cover screen you don't always move back. This makes it seems like the screen is unresponsive when actually the gesture is closer to the top of the screen than middle. The font is too small. You can change the font and zoom but that also changes the font on the inside screen. I chose a routine to manage this. The lockscreen text can also overlap. I like my clock and widgets in the center of the screen. When I do this and have notifications the lockscreen text (my contact info) will overlap. I'm sure I'll notice other small things as I continue to use the device. I still love the device. I hope with feedback and software upgrades this inconsistencies will be corrected.
There also should be a layout just for tablets and folds for the notes app.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far, after using the new fold 8 for about a week, I think it may be my favorite form factor, the cover screen is big enough to use it as a regular phone , while being compact and the inner screen is big and beautiful, definitely a solid phone.
