Great, if not a little smaller than I imagined

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The phone shape is much more enjoyable than the original/Ultra shape is in my opinion. I chose the Z Fold 8 over the Ultra also because I typically use my phone to watch videos and draw art, and the shape and ratio of the Z Fold 8 is significantly better, and the crease in the middle being less noticeable is a good pairing.
I would say if you enjoy the shape of a rectangle when unfolded instead of a square, but either missed or was unable to afford the TriFold, then this is definitely the one to go for.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Z Fold 8 is great to hold and has better accessibility for people with shorter fingers. I have longer hands than many others, and I have no issues reaching every corner of the phone without trying. I have been buying Z Folds for many years, starting with the Z Fold 3, primarily for watching videos and drawing, and when it's unfolded, the phone is a great size and shape for that. I don't multitask on them that much, but the shape definitely makes it better, with each app being able to be wider than it was on the older Folds (and now the Fold Ultra).
Would recommend it, especially since it's the cheaper option.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had every phone possible in the USA. The only phone I choose is Samsung wide 8! The inovation the quality and, every year unlike other companies they actually improve software and imagery. The wide 8 is by far the phone i have been waiting for. A Front screen that is wide and comfortable and inner that finally displays proper results.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I chose this phone for the size. Was not completely confident, as I did not get to use one. It is such a great phone, I highly recommend it!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I chose the fold for the size originally but after a week it was not working for me the outside screen is busy to small most apps are forced to portrait mode. Just not a good overall experience. I've NEVER returned a Samsung product. But I had to it just wasn't for me.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been using the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 8, and honestly, this phone has changed the way I think about having a smartphone. At first, I wasn’t sure if a foldable phone would actually be practical for everyday use or if it would just be an expensive device that looks impressive. After spending time with it, I can say that the Fold 8 feels much more like a combination of a phone and a small tablet than a traditional smartphone.
The first thing that stands out is the design. Samsung has made the Fold 8 feel more refined and premium, and when you hold it, it doesn’t feel like an experiment anymore. The hinge feels solid, the overall construction feels high quality, and the phone has that premium Samsung finish that you would expect from a flagship device. I also like that when it is folded, it is still relatively easy to carry and use with one hand. When you need a bigger screen, you simply open it and suddenly you have a much larger display available.
The inner screen is probably my favorite part of the phone. Watching videos, browsing the internet, reading documents, checking emails, and working with multiple apps are all much more comfortable on the larger display. It is especially useful for someone who uses their phone for more than just social media and texting. I can open a document while keeping another application available, and multitasking feels much more natural compared with a regular phone.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This new form factor or passport style phone is really the way to go. I think that more brands will follow and us a the consumers will be satisfied and content. It fits well in your hands, you're able to type on the router screen and the aspect ratio from the inner screen is perfect. And if you like to multitask then this is for you
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got the Fold 2 back in 2021. And many years later, seeing the continuous changes and differences between the Fold generations. Samsung Galaxy Z Fold8 is a great upgrade for anyone who wants a phone that can do more. Its foldable design gives you a compact phone when you need it and a larger screen for multitasking, gaming, streaming, and getting work done. With newer performance, improved cameras, and updated Galaxy AI features, the Fold8 brings together the convenience of a smartphone and the versatility of a tablet in one device.
