[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This new device is impressively thin, a real marvel of engineering. I'm so pleased with my decision to upgrade to this particular model. The display is absolutely stunning in its brightness. It makes viewing content a real pleasure, even in well-lit environments. The overall design feels incredibly sleek and modern. I'm still getting used to how comfortable it is to hold. It's a significant improvement over my previous phone. I happy that I choose to upgrade my phone.

Nice upgrade from Fold 7

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I chose to upgrade from the Fold 7 to the Fold 8 Ultra and I'm very happy I did. The new, larger battery and newer, faster CPU makes it all worthwhile. I also love the faster wired and wireless charging speeds. I've only had the phone for 1 day but I can already tell the speed and endurance are better than the Fold 7. The inner display looks better and to be honest I completely forgot about the crease when I opened it up to watch videos. I haven't experienced anything new from the upgrade to Android 17 yet but that's not necessarily a bad thing as I may be using the features without realizing it because Samsung makes it so seamless. I did take some pictures but I haven't taken enough to really see a difference though I am excited about the 50 Mp wide angle lens. All in all I'm very happy I upgraded and can't wait to use all the new features.

The Z Fold 8 the best one yet!

I am one of those people the must upgrade each year, the product just keeps getting better and better. The Fold 8 is an excellent business tool for my work as a banker. It has the best features to keep me tied into work and enhance productivity. When I'm not working, it has the best processing system for gaming, video watching and reading books. I'll always be a Samsung fan!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I chose the Z Fold 8 Ultra to upgrade from my Z fold, 6 because of the thinner design, bigger front screen, updated battery, camera, processor and so far, it has been a delightful experience. It feels like a real upgrade, everything from the smoother screen to the updated interface has been great. I am really enjoying the updated battery usage as well. The only slight downside is the lack of S pen compatibility, but I feel like it was a worthy trade off for a thinner design as I didn't really use it as much on my old one anyways.

Having used every generation, I’ve seen steady progress, but the Z Fold 8 Ultra finally feels fully refined, no longer a compromise, delivering a true dual experience as a premium phone when closed and a tablet-like device when opened. The hardware feels solid and premium with a smooth, confidence-inspiring hinge. Both displays are bright, vibrant, and sharp, with a barely noticeable crease in daily use. Performance is flawless with instant app launches and seamless multitasking, fully leveraging the large inner display. One UI stands out with mature foldable features like split-screen, floating windows, drag-and-drop, taskbar support, and strong app continuity. The camera system produces detailed, vibrant shots with minimal editing needed. Battery life comfortably lasts a full day with fast charging for quick top-ups. Samsung’s ecosystem adds seamless integration across devices with Quick Share, SmartThings, and DeX.
