Love my fold 8 ultra

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been eyeing the fold for a while now and decided to just wait for the fold 8 to come out,and i was glad i did. I chose the fold 8 ultra because of the camera and because it's easier to hold one handed than the fold 8. It's been great so far. I love using it to watch movies/series and reading.

Great to be back with a Folds

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently moved from the Galaxy S24 Ultra to the Z Fold 8 Ultra, and one of the biggest reasons I chose the Fold was for the larger screen.
I travel a lot, so I use my phone for more than just calls and messages. I study from my phone pretty often, and having the larger inner display makes it much easier to read notes, review study material, watch training videos, and multitask without everything feeling cramped.
I also like watching movies or shows while I’m winding down and falling asleep. Being able to unfold the phone and have a much larger screen without carrying a tablet around is a huge plus for me. It gives me that tablet-like experience when I want it, but I can still fold it up and carry it like a normal phone.
Coming from the S24 Ultra, I already had a great phone, but the Fold fits my lifestyle better. For traveling, studying, watching movies, and everyday multitasking, the extra screen space has made the switch worth it for me.

Refined and excellence

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my third Fold. I moved from a Zfold 6 to the Zfold8. The only reason I did not give 5 stars, was the lack of Spen support. But. I chose the Zfold 8 Ultra for the 200mp camera, slightly larger screen sizes, INCREDIBLE display and brightness and the marvelous thinness of this new phone. Speed is incredible and features galore! The AI is responsive and fun. But...it is still a business phone for me and one that makes my life easier.

A little more than an iterative update to me

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This past spring a jump from an s24 ultra to a z-fold 7 that was used to feel what the form factor would be like. That was a great opportunity for me to see how much I wanted to move into the fold field after the substantial changes that the fold seven had undertaken.
The z-fold 8 Ultra was a great opportunity for me to really look fresh though after the z-fold seven because I'd only had it for a small amount of time. I chose to upgrade to the z-fold 8 Ultra because the battery and the new change in the ultra wide lens were two items that I really did not like when I first picked up the z fold 7. After having the z fold 8 ultra for a little over a week now I can really appreciate how all the small changes made a big impact in my use. The battery improvements have made it so that I don't have to look for a top up mid afternoon and I feel more confident in using the z fold 8 ultra as my primary shooter when in the field. Happy to made the jump the "iterative update"!

My First Samsung And I Chose the Fold8 Ultra!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Samsung Galaxy Z Fold8 Ultra is my first Samsung phone, and after using it, I completely understand why Samsung has such a loyal following.
I chose the Z Fold8 Ultra because I wanted something that felt genuinely different from a traditional smartphone while still giving me the performance, camera quality, and premium experience I expect from a flagship device. The foldable design immediately stood out to me, and having a phone that can transform into a larger screen for multitasking, watching videos, editing content, browsing, and getting work done has been a game changer.
Coming from another phone ecosystem, I expected there to be a learning curve, but Samsung has made the experience surprisingly intuitive. The displays are beautiful, everything feels incredibly smooth and responsive, and the customization options are on another level. I especially love being able to take advantage of the larger inner display without sacrificing the convenience of having a normal-sized phone when it's folded.
The build quality also feels extremely premium, which is exactly what I wanted at this price point.
For my first Samsung phone, I definitely chose a memorable one. The Z Fold8 Ultra feels less like I simply upgraded my phone and more like I upgraded the way I use a mobile device. So far, I'm extremely impressed and excited to see everything this phone can do.

Fantastic Foldable Device!

Great or can be great except pairing issues

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've never had this much trouble transferring information from a flip 6 to this new phone, and it's caused me days and days of struggling. Otherwise, I love the lightness of this phone and the capacity. But I can't get a pair with almost anything. And every time I try to do something, it blocks me one way or the other. I admit I use this phone for a lot of stuff, so yes, some of it is definitely a lack of human knowledge, but I've always had Samsung phones, everything, and I've always loved the way that they were very good!

The Z Fold checked most of my boxes
