I love that they fold to fit in the palm of my hand.
I purchased the Pink phone, this time. I love pink!
The functionality of the Z-Flip 8 is so easy to use. I'm also able to make changes to the programming, such as changing the cover screen, the lock screen and choose coordinating backgrounds.
This phone is faster than the other releases.

Amazing & cute phone

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was looking for a new phone and chose the galaxy z flip8 and bundled with the new watch. I was so impressed with the customization options and the clarity of video and picture quality. I can watch videos clearly on the cover screen and in fact do most things on there. It's amazing and I'm happy to purchase more products in the future.

Best version of the ZFlip yet

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used a ZFlip series phone ever since the ZFlip 3 was released. I've been using my new ZFlip 8 for a couple of days now and it's definitely the best model to date! I love how thin and light it feels, and the cover screen got some nice improvements. The UI feels smooth, and the battery life has also been really great so far. I'm so glad I chose to upgrade to the ZFlip8 this year.

A Great Surprise

I just switched to Android and am pleasantly surprised at how much I am loving this phone. There are features on the Z Flip 8 that I never even knew I needed and now can't live without!

Flip 8 no regret

I am coming from the 5 so the upgrade was long overdue the cover screen is so much bigger am more interactive that I am already in love . I am so glad I chose to to upgrade. Now all that left is to get the watch and the hearbuds

It was time, will it last as good?

This is Day One. I upgraded from the Z Flip 3, which I was able to use for 5 iterations. It still functions, but it was time to upgrade. I like the size of the Z Flip 8. The aluminum is OK, but the polished frame looked better; and I'm pretty upset we didn't get a blue variant. So I went with Cream. The moment a new one comes out in blue, I'm upgrading solely for the color.
The fact that the Z Flip 3 lasted me 5 years, I can only hope the Z Flip 8 is as rugged. I have high expectations.
We have 12 Gb's of RAM instead of 8, plus can do another 12 Gb's of RAM Plus. Which I did. This thing screams!
Google maps is more 3D an and easier to see/more detailed.
They changed the buttons back so back is far left as it was originally. I like that.
I don't appreciate it loaded with Facebook, Spotify, etc., particularly when I got the Unlocked version.
Current customizable accessories are limited, and the cases are so far thin, weak, and cheaply made with high price tags for what is available. For now, I'm using the smoke Grey soft touch magnetic case. I would like a thick mirrored or blue case. I miss the Z Flip 3 case worth softouch and the ring with strap that said "Z Flip".
I got the 512 Gb version as well.
But overall, this is so far a great phone.
Only time will tell if it holds up and is worth the price increase.
*Note for Samsung* - People are confused about the SoC offerings and whether the screen has aluminum or not.
There's also rumors you used a Salt Silicon battery, but specs say Li-Ion. You should clear all of that up.
I would recommend this to a friend!

So much thinner than my old Z Flip 6

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received my new Z Flip 8 a couple of days ago and have been very happy with it. I chose it initially because of the slightly larger cover screen but have been pleasantly surprised at how thin it is over my old Flip 6. This is very noticeable when folded in my front pocket. Overall, it's a worthy upgrade!
