Awesome phone

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had a Flip 7 and was happy with it. I chose to upgrade to the Flip 8 because the specs said it had a smaller footprint, better chip, processor and faster wireless charging. When I got it I was blown away by how light it weighed and how it fits in my pocket. There where reviews saying it wasn't worth the money to upgrade. Well they were wrong. I'm glad I chose to upgrade.

Super neat phone

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I chose the Z Flip 8 because I wanted a more compact form factor, and I am thoroughly enjoying this experience. Coming from a typical slab phone with the S21 Ultra, the Z Flip 8 feels so fun and novel to use. The only downside so far is that it heats up a bit when charging, but that's understandable given how thin the whole device is.

New z flip better than ever

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my third z flip and it just keeps getting better. Its very thin and the fold is not visible at all. I love being able to use the cover screen and not even have to flip it open. Camera is amazing. It fits perfectly in my purse or pocket.

Great upgrade

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been a flip user since it was introduced. I enjoy being able to put in my pocket and go. The Flip 8 is slimmer compared to the Flip 6 I currently was using. I'm excited to see what new features I'm going to use.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am disabled and the flip phones come in handy fit in the pockets better I have been a flip phone user for a long time now the Z flip 8 is a great phone the only thing I have is on the cover screen pressing the home button does not return you to the lock screen. The lock screen should be the home page like it was on a Z flip 7 the good lockk app should have its own card or the app card should hold more, be full card itself. I haven only had the Z flip 8 for a few days now still looking at everything that has to offer but I have noticed that a lot of things have become much better

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The one thing I've never cared for in the evolution of cell phones is that they slowly got larger over time. For some, this is the best option, for me it's a deal-breaker. The foldable phones are revolutionary in that way. I stick with the smaller z-flip line and have so since their early generations. The newest is more of the same with incremental improvements, which is all I ask for.
I don't need a re-imagining every year, but updates to features and extending the years of support are worth it to me.
The outside screen on the flip series can be amazing depending on the situation. I love using it as a navigation map when I'm driving. It's a small square of information that is not in my face all the time, but there when I want to reference the distance to go or next turn.
On my desk at work, I generally will have the phone flipped halfway where I can see the time and any alerts at a glance upright instead of laying flat where it's harder to read. This is also how I place it on my bedside charger at night, replacing an obnoxiously bright clock that used to live there.
Look at all the phone options and figure out which is best for you, but z flip series has been the ideal phone for me for years.
