Thinner, but more powerful, Flip.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm currently using the Flip 6, and I've switched to the Flip 8. It's thinner than before, bigger, and has better performance. The Flip is light enough to hold in one hand, so it's great for portability and I'm very satisfied. It was delivered right on the release date, so I've been using it very well.

Loving My New Samsung ZFlip 8!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I chose to buy the new ZFlip 8 phone and am very pleased so far. The phone is much thinner than my previous ZFlip 5 model. It is also much lighter. The display reacts to my touch much faster and smoother than my last phone. I purchased the suitcase cover as well and love the look and the fit. I chose the mint green color this time around and love the color! I love the flip phone because it fits easily in my pocket and isn't protruding into my hip when I sit down like a standard phone which is taller. Well done Samsung!

The Perfect, Nostalgic Size

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I spent over a decade loyal to the fruit company, and recently got so bored that I decided to do a leap of faith and come over to the "dark side". I chose the best of the best in the android world, Samsung, and I don't regret a moment of it.
I chose to go with the Galaxy Z Flip 8 because of it's perfect pocketable and purse friendly size. I have fond memories of the 2000's with our flip and slide phones, and this reminded me of that so much. The pink color was even more nostalgic, and I just had to have it.
I am so surprised that they did so well with the hinge and the crease. My parents have been a big fan of the Z Fold series, and at first I was a bit taken back by the crease and not sure if they were really durable. I can say with honesty that Samsung has done so much to improve, that both seem to be almost to perfection. You can barely see or feel the crease when the phone is open at all. The processor is so much smoother and faster than I ever remember Galaxy being. However, my last experience with one of my own was the s5.
For all of my fellow millennials, if you're looking for a phone that has the perfect mix of the old and the new, I really cannot recommend the Galaxy Z Flip 8 enough. I feel like I can fit this in the smallest of pockets safely and take it anywhere with me. It's so much better than lugging a huge slab brick around.

I use this for jacuzzi or in my Tesla to watch.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Because it’s flips and basically folds at an angle I use one half of the screen for YouTube tv and one for YouTube premium. I have this phone mount for Tesla that attaches to the screen. I bend it at a 30 degree angle, and I let the car drive by itself while the audio is connected to the Bluetooth. Amazing.

I was using the Fold 6 before, and the Flip 8 feels so much lighter and easier to carry around. Really enjoying the compact size, smooth performance, and the cover screen. It’s only been a day, but so far I’m super happy with the switch!

Best Z Flip Yet

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I chose the Z Flip in Mint. I upgraded from my Z Flip 7 and at first I didn't notice much of a difference. However, after only about an hour I realized that the 8 is faster, has a clearer screen, and has more built in features and upgrades. It feels sturdier than previous models, as well. Smart Switch transferred everything over to the new phone for me seamlessly.
The Z Flip 8 fits well in my hand and my pocket. It has the routines I depend on for work. The cover screen apps are taking some getting used to but I really like the new layout and options. It's super convenient for when I want to pay for something quickly but not unfold the phone; I just use Samsung Pay right from the cover.
I use this at work, too, especially when there's a client who doesn't speak English. I love that I can set it up and use the instant translation system to communicate with the people who need me.
I love this phone. I'm so glad I took the opportunity to trade in for a discount.
