Set up was a nightmare for compatibility with my software. David Shah is rude, condescending, & pushy. The printer is not working now. I will not buy another HP printer if I have to deal with David Shah.

The color option free instant ink for 6 months it works flawlessly. Doesn’t do the weird stuff like the last one did. All the warning lights were. Flashing non stop on my old printer.

My old hp was excellent but very old so replaced with this one. Found it very difficult to set up. Regularly losing the internet’. The “i” light keeps coming on and eats paper to tell me info.the same as many times before. We have excellent wi fi but the printer keeps losing the signal when all other equipment local is ok.NOW we keep getting virus info on my desk computer and if I unplug the printer all returns to normal.
Although very new I will dump it for a simple printer / copier.
