This isn't the first HP product I've purchased, nor is it the first HP printer I've had. It is the first one that has required multiple installations to get it to function. Even then, it decides when it wants to work. Last week it printed 4 pages of a 6 page job & quit. I spent 4 hours troubleshooting before I just shut it off. I have never had such a temperamental printer. It has been downright awful.

I light the print quality. I don’t like that it is not user friendly with all my devices. It’s hard to send docs to the printer. It takes over 20 minutes to figure out the issue at times.
