Coercive tactics by hp make this printer 💩 compared to 20 years ago.

The company is going backwards in a coercive, fascist . Spy games kind of way. My hp printer from 20 years ago worked better, faster, better quality. The company did not spy on its customers back then. Imagine, we could just buy hp ink and use it. I got 20 pages of some color, before it ran out? So the printer does not print as well, the ink is packaged in a coercive way to get you to spend more or have hp monitor every page you print. If you choose to be spied on, you can’t go back. Further, the printer interface does not easily let you choose b/w and draft, you have to go into the “set up.” I will never buy another ho product and will investigate their association with our current administration. The printer and this company have chosen a path that hurts it’s customers, hoping they are to stupid, busy or lazy to notice. What a shame, what a sham.

This printer is definitely for home use. It could not handle heavy printing jobs. It either feeds multiple sheets of paper at a time, or no paper at all. I have to feed 1 sheet at a time if my request is multiple sheets.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
