LOVE it. I never thought that I can indulged myself to a customized coffee whenever I want. Luxury and a well deserved prize for a worker. But the convenience of not having to grind your own coffee on a separate grinder, compute the amount of ground coffee to have the perfect espresso.
The points that I don't like is that the hot water is not as hot as what I expect compared to when I just have a tiger thermos. And in cleaning needed to dismantle the milk carafe is cumbersome. Everything is plastic and rubber/silicone? that gives a cheap vibe and fake. hope it will not break after a one year usage.
