Tracking accuracy stands out the most - sleep, recovery, and activity numbers feel consistent and reliable. The new design is sleek and comfortable enough that I forget I'm wearing it. Battery life is excellent too - I get 14-15 days on a single charge, and with the new charger, it stretches all the way to 45 days. Overall, a solid upgrade if you're into tracking your health metrics closely.
