The app is easy to use, and I love how it gives me simple, easy-to-understand insights without feeling overwhelming. The PowerPlugs are also really useful—I especially love the Caffeine Window, Smart Alarm, and Screen Time features. Overall, a great smart ring for everyday use!

The app is easy to navigate, and the PowerPlugs add useful functionality depending on what you want to track or improve. I’ve also found the health insights and overall tracking experience to be much more comprehensive than I expected.
