A Little More Ring, A Lot More PRO

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Coming from a Ring AIR Gold Size 9 and having tried the Oura Gen 4, Ring PRO gets the important stuff right: much better battery life for someone always on the move, a travel charger that actually makes travel easier, and the no-brainer - no subscription. I bought the ring once, and I get to keep my insights. Forever.
The new Emerald app feels lighter (literally), smarter and less noisy. More “here’s what matters” and less data homework every time I open it.
My favorite upgrade? I think about the ring less, unless someone I bump into asks me about it. And for something tracking me 24/7, that’s probably the best PRO tip. ;)
One caveat: the PRO is slightly bigger than my Ring AIR. I noticed it initially, but it’s been a pretty minor adjustment for some major upgrades. A little more ring, a lot more PRO.
