Slowest ice maker

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Craft ice maker is slowest thing I've ever seen. Three 1 1/2 inch ice balls in 12-18 hours is not exceptable. This should be disclosed at point of sale.. I would never purchase this product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m not a fan that I cannot change the sphere choice in the lower freezer and that it takes so long to make. It looks like you have the option to change it on the inside of the fridge, but it does nothing. Also don’t like that the manual that came with it doesn’t come with instructions and that you have to download it on line. The book it came with is thick enough, should have had a better manual. Overall, I like it, it’s a good brand from what I’ve been told.
