Sleek and Sensory

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Samsung Bespoke microwave is elegant and sleek, allowing it to blend well with any kitchen style. The handle is a hidden cubby on the right side, which is nice for preventing fingerprints. The clock can be turned on or off. However, when setting or changing the time, the front touchpad can be sensitive.
The inner cavity is dark and speckled, and I’m still getting used to the look. Inside the door, the built-in cheat sheet is useful for showing how to cook different foods.
The sensing option cooked my covered potato to perfection compared with setting it for a specific number of minutes. This is one of my favorite features because it saves time by eliminating the need to check whether the food is ready.
When finished, the microwave beeps once and then gives a second reminder beep. The sound is gentle, and it can also be turned off.
Another favorite feature is that the vent fan turns on automatically when it senses heat from the cooktop below. When the fan turns on, the air vents from the top of the microwave rather than underneath, although this may depend on how the cabinets are constructed and the microwave is installed.
The filters are supposed to be cleaned or replaced every three months. It would have been nice if it came with a few extra sets of filters, but I can easily clean them.
One minor drawback for me is the color of the cooktop light. The white light shows every crumb and imperfection on the cooktop rather than providing a warm glow.
The Smart Control feature can be connected to the SmartThings app and allows for voice control through other apps. Although these features are advanced, I don’t currently have a need for them.
Overall, the microwave has worked well during the first two weeks, and I’m still learning all of its features and functions. I am not disappointed and would buy it again.

Beautiful, Powerful, and So Convenient

I really like the size, the bright cooktop light, and how easy it is to use. The ventilation system works well, and the microwave heats food quickly and evenly. I also really enjoy the SmartThings connectivity because it makes it easy to monitor and control the microwave from my phone. The SmartThings app is simple to use and adds a lot of convenience. Overall, this microwave has been a great upgrade for my kitchen, and I am very pleased with my purchase.

This is the worst microwave I have ever owned. I wish I could return it but I've had it too long. the longer I have it the worst I like it. If you use the kitchen timer it will not let you run the microwave. It can't do these two simple things on its own and yet they call it a smart microwave. The functions are difficult to use and understand. You have to open the door to read the options. I have owned it for a year and I'm looking for replacement already. It's way overpriced for what you get.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

High quality and works well

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The microwave is clearly of a high quality, with all the bells and whistles you can hope for. There's a wifi integration that alerts me on my phone when my microwave is done. Now I know how often my wife eats throughout the day when I'm at work.
But the key reason someone would be interested in this product is for the vent hood, and this 100% delivers. It's extremely loud, but that's the cost you pay for the option to achieve suction previously reserved for a true vented hood.
Overall simple to use. Touch capacitive buttons on the front. I wish the cancel/stop button on the microwave would also work on the fan, currently I need to cycle through all fan settings to turn it off.

Great microwave—sleek, powerful, and smart!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m super happy with this Samsung microwave. The design is gorgeous and matches my kitchen perfectly. Having a fully touch-activated panel with no physical buttons gives it a really sleek, luxury feel, and it’s very responsive.
The range hood is surprisingly powerful—the pop-out vent catches smoke and odors effortlessly. The two-level under-cabinet light is super practical for cooking, and the interior capacity is huge enough for large dishes. Syncing it with the range and controlling it from my phone is also a great perk.
My only critique is that it doesn't have an air fryer setting like some other Samsung models, which would have made it 100% perfect. Otherwise, it’s a phenomenal appliance and I highly recommend it!

So powerful, so fast, and just beautiful!

The mirror like reflection from the glass gives it a clean look and the hidden vent louver steals the show. When the vent is turned on a concealed panel extends open to help draw steam from the front pots too! Samsung did an excellent job with all of the small details. Factor is the cooking speed and this microwave is the king of the show. 1700watts! That is commercial level power. It cooks fast and evenly- I am impressed with quality. Samsung delivered on all points- Style, Function, Speed.

Great product with excellent features

We already have Samsung electric stove and this new Samsung 1000W microwave is great match for it. Installation was very easy and it didn't take long. Black glass surface and stainless steal around is matching with my stove. It is very easy to use it and I have it connected to my app on my phone, together with my stove and washer, which is a big plus for me. I can easily see what is on and working even from work and I know that I am safe. I am kind of forgetful and I am always checking with the app if everything is off . This is great plus for me! Another great feature is the dual vent which is turning on automatically when someone is cooking. We are looking forward to get another appliance to add to our collection!

The 2.1 cu. ft. capacity is spacious, and the DualVent ventilation system is a great feature, especially when cooking foods that produce a lot of smoke or steam.
The microwave heats food evenly, and the smart features are convenient. I also really like the stainless-steel finish.
So far, I’m happy with this purchase and would recommend it to anyone looking for a modern over-the-range microwave with good ventilation.
