I would definitely recommend it. Even if you only use it once, it’s a great way to gain valuable insights into how your body works.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My first impression of the Lingo glucose monitor was that the needle looked scary because it seemed so big and long. When I finally attached it to my arm, I was shocked - I thought I hadn’t even applied it yet, but it was already on. I felt absolutely no pain. Honestly, it felt like putting a sticker on my arm, or maybe even less noticeable than that.
As someone who was previously prediabetic and reversed it through diet, this monitor has given me incredible insight into how my body responds to different foods and daily habits. It’s been extremely helpful and educational. I learned how important sleep is, and how eating protein and fiber first, followed by carbohydrates, can make a big difference in my energy levels and fatigue.
Whenever I feel extremely fatigued, I can usually see it reflected in my glucose chart. I can also tell when I’m having a good day or after I’ve had a great night’s sleep based on the patterns. It has helped me better understand my body and make lifestyle changes that work for me.
I would definitely recommend it. Even if you only use it once, it’s a great way to gain valuable insights into how your body works.

Very informative

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It was very insightful. I found that the food I eat doesn't have near the effect I thought it would. My rest and movements have a much bigger effect. It was easy to put in and completely painless. It did start to get slightly irritated towards the end of the 2 weeks tho. It came off easier and cleaner than I expected as well. If I had concerns about my health I would use it. But it showed me my glucose is low if anything. The app was easy to use, and included extra tips on diet, health and exercise.

Worth the Hype

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Okay, I get the hype now lol…it’s fascinating to see what different foods do to my glucose levels in REAL TIME! Some of my biggest “healthy” foods were NOT what I expected! The sensor was easy to put on, the instructions were amazing, the app is super user friendly and it’s honestly made me think a lot about my food choices. Highly recommend if you’re into health, fitness, or just love data like I do!

Painless glucose monitor

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The glucose monitor comes with a spring loaded device for install on your arm. It is super easy to use and I felt zero pain at all. It seems like it took 24 hours for this to warm up and show any changes to my glucose. After the first day or so I could easily see the changes to my glucose based on what I was eating. Never had any issues with the readings or accessing them. I wore it for about 5 days and it ended up ripping off when I ran into a doorway at the house (not the devices fault). It is very interesting to see this data right on your phone. I’d like to give it a try again soon.

Good if you're curious about your metabolic health

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Setup was easy and painless. Readings felt consistent with how my body actually feels after eating meals and doing workouts. The app is very easy to use with graphs and useful daily insights. I wouldn’t use this in the long term but it’s worth it if you’re curious about metabolic patterns and want to look at the data.

Nothing happened

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My device didn't function at all.I have tried several times,followed the instructions perfectly but nothing happened. It was easy and painless to put the detector on but for some reasons it didn't connect with the app on my phone.

Great glucose insights, but the app loses connection with the sensor too often.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall, I’ve had a good experience with the Lingo Continuous Glucose Monitor. The sensor is comfortable to wear, easy to apply, and the app is simple to use. However, I’m giving it 4 stars because the app frequently loses connection with the sensor, requiring me to reconnect it. Aside from that issue, the glucose insights have very helpful for understanding how my diet and daily habits affect my glucose level.

Great for understanding glucose
