Great tool for my health!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am very happy to have tried Lingo Continuous Glucose Monitor! I’ve never known my glucose levels so it was really cool to be able to check that at any time. I was first afraid to apply the the monitor but it was not bad at all. I was so nervous! But it didn’t really hurt that bad at all — I just had to be so brave but it really was not anything to be afraid of! Overall, I would purchase again as I really appreciated the insights to my health. It is a very cool tool to have for my health.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Lingo has a wonderful product that can tell you when you have spikes in glucose throughout the day so you can connect the dots between what you eat and how your body reacts. This device is very simple to setup and apply. It takes an hour post implant for it to begin recording data. This particular one lasts for 2 weeks before needing replacing. This is going to be wonderful for anyone on a weight loss journey, or anyone who is simply curious how what they eat affects their biomarkers.

Interesting insight to your daily habits

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I think this has the potential to work great, however the sensor only lasted 3 days. It was interesting and gave good trends surrounding eating/fasting. Was easy to apply and comfortable once placed.

Very Scary Application Method 😨

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For me, I was really confused how they could measure glucose without measuring blood since I thought it was a glucose monitor that just attaches to the skin.
After opening the box, there was a sensor and the applicator, and when I put the sensor into the applicator, a metal syringe injector started to pop up, so this monitor works by monitoring your blood, and this injector lets a sensor into your skin so that it can measure the glucose, which was a scary experience since I don’t really want a sensor inside my skin for prolonged periods of time.
For me, I would rather use the original glucose monitor where you prick your finger and just use a strip to test your glucose level.

Worth the effort

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall - the Lingo continuous glucose monitor and coordinating app are a great way to improve overall health and wellness.
Pros for the app/monitor:
- it was super easy to apply and once it’s on, you don’t notice it.
- set up was quick and easy
- the challenges and suggestions in the app are helpful and specific
- logging events at each spike and drop on glucose is effectively a limited food and activity log

- the home page isn’t interactive on the app

Learning how my body really works.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This program has been quite impactful for me. I previously did not fully comprehend the sensation of morning weakness or pre-bedtime hunger. Now I understand that my well-being is connected to my body's sugar levels. The most difficult thing for me was to install a sensor on the back of my hand. I was afraid it would hurt. It's actually quite painless!
These two weeks have been super interesting to watch my body and the body's response to a quick snack of chocolate or sweet coffee.
This app has recipes for healthy protein dishes and tips for exercising. You can watch live how quickly the body responds to stress or sports. This sensor does not interfere with active work, sleep, sports, or even the soul at all. I see all the changes in the app on my Bluetooth phone.
All my friends now want a small sensor like this on their hands.
