[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is such a great product for individuals to be able to have at home! The directions were straightforward but it was a little tough to put together at first.
The results were definitely informative and helpful and I would use this again in the future and recommend to others looking for a similar product.

See Your Glucose in Real Time and Take Control of Your Health

Being able to see my glucose in real time has completely changed the way I understand my body and how different foods affects me. It’s one thing to read about nutrition but it’s another experience entirely to actually see how specific meals impact your glucose almost instantly.
This device has truly helped me make more informed choices and become more mindful about what I eat. The setup was simple, the readings are accurate and the app is very user friendly. It gives clear insights and trends that are easy to understand, and you can also personalize and track different foods or activities which makes the experience even more helpful. It’s also incredibly easy to apply, quick simple and painless. After applying it you barely even notice it’s there.
I highly recommend this product not only for people with diabetes or blood sugar concerns, but for anyone’s who wants to better understand their metabolism and improve their overall health. It is genuinely change my perspective on food and wellness.

Great For Health Monitoring

I love that the app is so easy to download and walks you through setup. The biosensor is easy to attach, but a little painful and uncomfortable. I like the app starts working right away and you can get a good overview of your glucose levels throughout the day. It works well, but I don't think I could wear it longterm.

Applying it was very simple and painless and it stayed secure. The app was extremely easy to navigate and gives helpful insights about a lot of different things!

The app was pretty intuitive and interesting to watch glucose levels in real time. The app gives you a “Lingo Count” to try and help you better understand your glucose spikes & troughs and how to identify what causes these to make lifestyle changes.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Testing out this continuous glucose monitor has been so insightful! Let me just start by saying that I have a family member with type one diabetes who uses a continuous glucose monitor, so I am very familiar with the process. I love that I now have the option to track my glucose levels.
First and foremost, the setup and placement of this device was incredibly easy and user friendly. I appreciated the step by step set up instructions provided in the app. It made the process seamless. Actually placing the device was simple and pain free!
I feel as though I have a greater insight to my health now. With the continuous monitoring, I was able to track and see what types of foods tend to spike my glucose levels. The app also provided an easy way to track “events” i.e. log food or exercise.
For the most part, the monitor was able to stay connected to my phone/app as long as it was in range. If it ever disconnected, the next time it reconnected, all the data would sync up and I still had a nice graph of my glucose levels to look back on.
As far as comfort goes, you barely notice it attached to your arm! Placing it was painless, though I did note slight discomfort for a few hours initially. The device is incredibly small and sticky. I have taken many showers and it is still in place thoroughly.
Overall, I highly recommend this monitor if you are interested in gaining more insight to your health!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This could be the most interesting item that I have tried. It’s a a continuous glucose monitor that enables you to track your glucose levels through an app on your phone. I love monitoring health items on my Apple watch but I feel like this takes it to the next level. The instructions for applying the monitor are very easy to follow. I was little nervous that I was going to mess up with placing it on the back of my arm, by myself but it was actually easier than I thought! Also, despite what I thought when I saw the needle that you need to press in your arm, it doesn’t hurt at all. Downloading the app and pairing the glucose monitor on my phone was super easy. Again the instructions and prompts on the screen are very user friendly. A hour after applying the glucose monitor is when you can start following your levels. It’s so interesting to me to see how my glucose levels change when I eat and also when I’m hungry. I love the fact that you can log your exercise and when you eat so that it helps you keep better track of your levels. Also, the app shows you a baseline of what a normal glucose range is so it’s almost like a challenge to make sure that you stay within what’s considered normal. I feel like the app is very user friendly and I love the explanations and lessons that you can review to find out why and how your glucose levels affect the way your feel and your energy levels., along with daily challenges. This device has shocked me with the ease of placement, the app that is user friendly and the power it gives me to monitor my glucose. I would definitely recommend this device to anyone who has goals to be healthier and more aware of their bodies.
