Worth trying !

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been using Lingo for two weeks now and it’s honestly been such an eye opening experience, I didn’t realize how much certain foods were spiking my glucose until I could actually see the data in real time .
The sensor is small and very easy to apply. The app is very user friendly,you can see how your body reacts to different meals ,stress and even sleep.

Was good to try and experience

The censor is very easy to attack to your under arm. You don’t really notice that it is on. Which is great. The app is simple and easy to use. It’s helped me understand my glucose levels.

Easy to use blood sugar monitor

It’s annoying that it takes 60 minutes to connect to the app. But once it is connected it lasts and I found it to be pretty accurate. It lasts in the shower and everything. I have low blood sugar so I was happy to be able to try this out

I’ve been learning some tricks of how to keep my blood sugar spikes from being as dramatic and it’s awesome to watch the changes in real time. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Lingo glucose monitor is easy to use, and the app has some interesting information. The monitor was easy to attach to my arm. It transmitted the information and helped me work on getting a healthier lifestyle. The monitor stayed on, and I hardly noticed it. I like that I am able to check my glucose without having to use needles each time, especially since I don't have diabetes and wonder if my habits are helping my stay healthy. It is nice to be able to check and see if I notice anything that I may want to talk to my doctor about. It is a nice way to pay attention and start a healthier routine.

I was honestly so exited to try lingo because I have been curious about tracking my glucose level and learning more about how my body responds to food,stress and daily activity.the application process was much easier than I expected.it attached to the back of upper arm ,and it was quick and almost painless for me.what I really love about lingo is how empowering it feels.being able to see real time insight about my body help me make better decisions with my meal and lifestyle.the application process is user friendly,easy to navigate and give clear information that’s simple to understand even if you are new to glucose tracking .the scents or fell lightweight and secure one my arm .after placing it,I barely notice it’s there.it stay in place well and doesn’t interfere with my daily routine.over all, I think lingo is great tool for anyone who wanted to become more mindful about their health and understand their body on a depper level .thank you again for Influenster and lingo for these opportunity.

Easy, painless, what more could you ask for!

Now looking at my data I already know what life style changes I need to make, and what sugary breakfasts I need to remove from my diet. I would definitely recommend.
