This product is so neat!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this product for free in exchange for my honest review. When I was gifted this product I was pretty confused and wasn’t sure what the point was.
Once I started using it, it made a lot of sense. I am (what I think to be) a pretty healthy person, so tuning into my body and understanding it is very attractive to me! This product helps you see your blood sugar levels throughout the day which fluctuate from food intake, stress, and other hormonal factors. As it is not intended for those with diabetes, it is just a way to gauge your eating habits and to help you feel the best. I noticed my blood sugar stay at a decent level throughout the day, but there was one day where I had some carbs for lunch before eating a protein, and my levels spiked like crazy!! That same day I was wondering why I felt so groggy in the afternoon and wanted to sleep the rest of the day and I’m pretty sure having that carb and nothing else with it was why. In the app you can see exactly when you spike and you can even log an event at the time that you spike or fall (breakfast/lunch/dinner or even a workout). It stinks that the product is only good for two weeks in your arm until you have to replace it, but it makes sense from a hygienic standpoint. Other than that, it was a great product to try out and I recommend it to anyone who wants to be more in tune with their health and eating/exercising habits.
I would also like to say that it was very comfortable to have on my arm the full two weeks. I didn’t notice it at all (besides showering)! The needle looks scary to put in your arm at first but I genuinely didn’t feel it when I put it in. Looks a LOT scarier than it is lol. So glad so see the adhesive stayed on great for the full 2 weeks!!!

It’s very easy to use. The sensor is small, comfortable, and once it’s in, you almost forget it’s there. The real magic happens when you start seeing your glucose levels in real time. It’s fascinating to watch how different foods, stress, sleep, exercise affect your body.
I always thought I had a pretty good understanding of what was “healthy,” but this monitor showed me that our bodies respond to food very differently. Some meals I assumed were fine actually caused spikes, while other foods kept my levels stable. That kind of insight is incredibly empowering.
The app is also very user-friendly and makes the data easy to understand. Instead of guessing how my body reacts, I can actually see it. That has helped me make better decisions about what and when I eat.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had a very interesting experience, trying lingo continuous glucose monitor. The setup was surprisingly simple and the app connected easily with the sensor. I liked how it allowed me to see how my body reflects food conception and daily diary habits in real time, it’s a helpful too if you’re curious about glucose pattern and and one more insight into your health. this sensor felt comfortably to wear and didn’t interfere with my daily routine.

It’s so good!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It was small but very easy to apply yourself! We expected some pain but it don’t really hurt. Once in a blue, a bit of pain was felt throughout the 2 week period but it was just a tiniest bit of discomfort like a pinch. It’s been very useful to see how the blood sugar is throughout the day based of what was eaten and hours later after the fact. Device itself weighs like nothing and it’s been a really good experience.

Informational, revolutionary device!

I have had a fairly low blood sugar since I was in my teens and this is a helpful tool to see how what I eat and move my body affects my blood sugar. I have already recommended it to two friends and my mom! Inserting it was scary at first but it was easy and painless. You can turn on notifications on the app to alert you if you want. I was also surprised it stayed on my arm through several workouts, showers, sleep, etc. it’s very durable! I highly recommend giving it a try.

First impression: Simple set up, surprisingly painless application, and a very easy to use app.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received the Lingo Continuous Glucose Monitor for free in exchange for my honest review.
I recently started testing this glucose monitor and these are my first impressions from the setup process. One small inconvenience right away is that it requires you to provide your own alcohol pad. It would have been nice if they included a disposable wipe in the box so everything you need is there.
The instructions were very simple and easy to follow. Before applying the sensor, I noticed the needle is surprisingly thin and about half an inch long. Actually pushing the sensor into your skin is definitely the most nerve wracking part, but it ended up being much easier than expected. I felt a quick warm, sharp sensation that lasted about 30 seconds, but it went away quickly and overall it was very painless. Once it was in, I couldn’t really feel it when moving my arm around, which is great.
The app was also very easy to set up. It walks you through the same visual instructions that are included in the paper manual. The sensor connects to your phone through Bluetooth.
At the time of writing this review, I’ve only been wearing it for a few minutes so these are just my initial impressions. I’ll update this review after wearing it for a few days to share more about the full experience. lol
