[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] What an interesting product! I was amazed at how well it worked, and how fast the data would show up on my app. I would have a snack and watch my glucose levels be impacted in real time. It did motivate me to make healthier choices when snacking (almonds over jelly beans), which was good.
At first I was disappointed that the app did not provide further insights based on my glucose levels, but changed my mind when I remembered that this app is not meant to replace your doctor. I plan to take my results back to my PCP and let her use that data for my health care treatment.
I think this is a great option if you’re just looking for a basic glucose reading (especially if you have a hunch that you have blood sugar issues). The app was very easy to use and intuitive.
“Installing” the reader was incredibly easy! Application and reader came separately, but was easy to pop together. I had zero pain when placing the reader and throughout wear. It’s water resistant so you can shower or swim (up to 30 min) with it on, no problems. I didn’t have any pain when wearing, even when I slept on that side. Was honestly surprised by how large the needle was given that there was no pain.
Taking it off was tricky, but in a good way. Glue was super strong and kept sensor in place. Like a bandaid, once you can get under one edge it’s very easy to get the rest off.
I do wish the device has less of a ridge and more of a slope, as my tank tops snagged on it when putting those on. But again, no pain, just annoying.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Lingo Glucose Biosensor was interesting to try. Simple to apply to the back of my arm. I couldn't even tell it was there after a few minutes. If you are curious how your glucose levels are affected by what food you eat or drink, highly recommend the Lingo. Crazy how juice, bread, pasta and even rice noodles would spike my glucose. Great to know and how to adjust what foods we eat.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tried this out for fun and ended up getting one for my mom to use and track her glucose. She’s not very tech savvy but she was able to figure out the app and set up on her own. This was a lot more convenient for her than traditional methods. I highly recommend for those looking for options for their parents. I had to help adjust the settings on her phone but it otherwise was easy for her to get the hang of.
Provides deeper health insights than simply tracking food and habits.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was an interesting experience as someone who has never used a glucose monitor for medical purposes. I was curious to gain more insight into my health and was excited for the opportunity to try the lingo continuous glucose monitor. I would say it’s definitely a little nerve wracking if you don’t love needles, since you do have to prick the device in the back of your arm. That part was a bit uncomfortable. However I did like the insights I gained from the data the device provides. Set up and connection was very simple using the app, and it easily calibrated. Overall, I’m not sure I would choose to wear this again, however, it did assist in giving me a deeper insight to my health.
Everyone should try this for their health. So easy to use.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m so thankful I was able to test this product because I wouldn’t have thought to otherwise. First of all, it’s so easy and painless to put on, even though it initially might look intimidating to figure out and apply. I didn’t feel a single thing upon application and the “stick” of the device was so secure - I don’t know how they figured that out. You don’t even know you have it on.
The app - again, easy. The data it provides is very informative and laid out so intuitively. I didn’t think I’d be logging all my meals and snack - and you don’t need to - but the immediate feedback was so interesting that I looked forward to it. It’s fascinating to see what spikes my blood sugar and what doesn’t. Such valuable info to have as we age.
To my surprise, my blood sugar can run low. I learned I need to snack more to keep it at a good level. Seeing the data on what I’m feeding my body made eating healthier more fun. But also a good reminder that, for me, I need breakfast and some smaller snacks throughout the day to feel less foggy and more awake. I’d be happy to wear this year-round. Wonderful product.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really enjoyed trying the lingo glucose biosensor. It was easy to apply, easy to read, and I love being able to see my glucose trend and how different foods affected me. The app made it really interesting to understand my body and nutrition in a more personalized way.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really enjoyed the lingo glucose monitor! It was easy to apply and didn’t hurt at all. Within and hour I could see my glucose numbers in the app. It stays securely on my arm through showers and everyday activity. The app tracks spikes and drops and provides helpful information to understand your numbers. Such an easy and informative way to learn about your blood sugar levels.
